WARRANTY OVERVIEW

The Mercury Bikes, LLC (“Mercury”) Warranty covers- The wheel or wheelset for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase.

This Warranty does not cover-Normal wear and tear, improper assembly, neglect of maintenance, installation of any parts not originally specified by Mercury (unless written permission was given by Mercury), damage or failure resulting from an accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or use of non-approved brake pads.

All carbon wheels are required to use Mercury carbon specific brake pads only. Use of non-Mercury carbon specific brake pads on the carbon rims will void warranty. This Warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the wheel or wheelset or its components. This Warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the Warranty.

This Warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. Mercury is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages 

WARRANTY SUBMISSION

When submitting a warranty, you can either work directly with us or through your dealer.

VIA MERCURY 

  1. Locate your product serial number and record it.
  2. Take a photo of the affected product area.
  3. Submit a ticket with the photo, serial number and description of the damage. Please include your phone number and shipping address details.  Don't forget your proof of purchase.
  4. We will respond within 48 hours to get you back riding as soon as possible!

VIA DEALER

  1. Locate your product serial number and record it.
  2. Take the affected product in to your dealer. Don’t forget your proof of purchase.
  3. We will work with your dealer to get the product back as soon as possible.
