About the Job

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer support through telephone, electronic, or face-to-face contact.
  • Provide immediate assistance to customer comments, inquiries, and praise/complaints as well as pricing and information on product availability.
  • Process customers’ returns, exchanges, and warranty repairs and maintain records of actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Assist with order fulfillment.
  • Ensure inclusion of technical specifications for products.
  • Attend and work at trade shows/bicycle events as requested.
  • Provide production support to senior wheel technicians.
  • This position resides in Ogden.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

About You

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an ever-changing, sometimes chaotic environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, as well as an exceptional communicator.
  • Customer service experience and bicycle wheel knowledge essential.
  • Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Drive, Social media tools

    Position is full-time, hourly, 40 hrs / week.  Hourly Rate ranges from $10-$14/hr depending on experience and skill level.  Paid Federal Holidays and all the water you can drink!
