Wide and laterally stiff, our X1 Enduro width wheels will have you owning the trails the day you place the winged wheels on your bike. Designed for All Mountain, the hookless designed clincher rim is deep enough to give you the stiffness needed to finally make the switchback you were never able to get around.
We build them around the Mercury designed 6-bolt hubs and Sapim RACE spokes.
A 28 spoke, two-cross lacing pattern makes for a laterally stiff wheel with just enough pliancy to give a calmer and more sure-footed ride through the rough stuff.Change bikes? Not a problem, our hubs are convertible so a conversion kit is available to make your new configuration work.
Mercury supports standard 100mm and boost 110mm front wheel 15mm thru-axle systems. We can convert thru-axles to accommodate quick releases if your fork requires the use of a quick release. Front axle specifications are provided by your fork manufacturer. Rear axle configuration is determined by your frame. You can find most in the specs section of the manufacturer website.
Standard = 15mm x 100mm Thru-axle Front
Boost = 15mm x 110mm Thru-Axle Front
12x142 is the most common current rear axle configuration for all-mountain bikes.
12x148 is boost. Rear axle configuration is determined by your frame. You can find most in the specs section of the manufacturer website.

At first blush, you might be inclined to compare Mercury's M3 Carbon Clincher Wheelset to other manufacturers' pure climbing wheels. And you'd be right to do so, at least when it comes to climbing. But these aren't just a one-trick pony. The M3s' aerodynamic pedigree, low weight, and brute strength also recommend them for all the ups, downs, and flat-outs of competitive cycling. They cover the demands of every terrain on every day of your cycling life.
The rims measure 30 millimeters, a depth that strikes an all-purpose middle ground between straight-on aerodynamics, hiding from crosswinds, and considerations of weight for climbing. The M3 is a solid 24mm wide, which means you can run lower PSI for a more comfortable ride that corners with unparalleled confidence. Wider rims also have some counter-intuitive effects when compared to those standard 19 millimeter rims: they actually decrease rolling resistance and increase aerodynamics.View full product details

If you're in the market for a set of bomb proof carbon wheels for either road or 'cross, then you've probably already made the correct assumption that the depth of the M38's are 38mm. The M38 is a solid 24 millimeters wide, which means you can run lower PSI for added grip while carving around the last corner with unparalleled confidence to win the race.
Tested in the pro ranks on the road and 'cross by some of the top US riders, this is the perfect wheel to slice through the muddy sections at your favorite 'cross race or earning your rainbow bands at the Wednesday night World's!View full product details

The M5's have seen countless podium finishes on varying courses. They are light enough to handle the steepest of climbs yet provide you with a nice braking performance due to the newly developed brake track. They are deep enough to provide you with an “unfair” aerodynamic advantage on the flats. Bottom line, the M5’s will bring you to the line alone. It is up to you to decide how to celebrate the win.
The M5s' construction is informed by the Dual Carbon Layer Process, or DLP. Mercury blends high- and mid-moduli carbon fibers to straddle the best balance between the lightweight and stiffness of the former and the fatigue-resistance and durability of the latter. DLP also involves the incorporation of basalt fibers in the brake track to reduce heat build-up and increase stopping power. While reduced heat is mostly applicable to tubular wheels, the increased stopping power goes a long way toward addressing the poor braking that is one of the most common critiques of carbon wheels.
